Right of withdrawal
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order.

by means of a clear statement (only one by post sent letter, or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please use only the below enclosed cancellation form. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal by e-mail. If for some reason you have not received confirmation by email, you should still send things back within 14 days.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Items you return must be in their original packaging with a label.
Information on returning items from orders with voucher / promotion code:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed the reduced purchase price. If you cancel or return an item from an order that originally contained multiple items, the value of the promotional code will be deducted proportionally from the total price of the item and you will be refunded accordingly. The promotion code expires in proportion to the value of the returned item. If you cancel or return all items, the promotion code expires and the amount originally paid will be refunded. There is no entitlement to reimbursement or replacement of a voucher / promotion code from a promotion.
If you used a coupon code for free delivery above a certain order amount and then return some items and the amount of your order is less than the specified amount, the coupon code will be invalid. In this case, the shipping costs will be deducted for the refund.
If you used the gift packaging service and then returned the entire order, the refund will be made in full minus the cost of this service because packaging materials are not reusable.
If you want to exchange some goods for others (e.g. the color of the item), you should send them back first. You pay for the return. Upon receipt, we will send you the desired products. The new delivery is free of charge for you (within Germany)

I hereby certify that the goods have only been tried on and not used by me. In addition, I assure that the goods are free of any odors such as perfume or cigarettes after being tested, have no stains and especially cracks. I agree to a substitute for a used or defective goods, which after a test of the condition, properties and functionality has a loss of value.
