If you wish to return or exchange your purchased items, you must do so within 14 days from the date you received your order.
For registered customers: If you are a registered customer, you will find the return request after logging in in the "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" area in your customer account. Select your order and click on "DETAILS" on the right. Now you can select the items and the number of items that you want to return or exchange. Then copy the text of the cancellation form and paste it into the field below. Fill in the fields marked with (*) with your details. Then click on the “REQUEST RETURN” button.
In order to speed up the return process, please send the goods back to us as soon as possible. It will be processed within 7 working days .
For non-registered customers: If you have placed an order as a guest, please fill out the cancellation form in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section in our online shop and send it to us by email. Then send the goods back to us as soon as possible. You will find the return address on the withdrawal form.
Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
