Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the last item in your order.

— by means of a clear written statement (e.g. by post or email) declaring your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email. If, for any reason, you do not receive confirmation, you must still return the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the 14-day period has expired.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in their original condition, including original packaging and attached labels.
The items must be clean and free from any odors (e.g. perfume, cigarette smoke), stains, pinholes, or clip marks. We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a value reduction in case of damaged, used, or clearly worn items.
Return shipping fees are a responsibility of the customer.
After declaring the withdrawal, you should return the goods to us within 14 days. The deadline is deemed met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period has expired.
Promotional Codes and Discounts

If you used a promotional code and return part of the order, the value of the promotion will be proportionally deducted from the refund.

If the entire order is returned, the purchase price will be refunded minus any non-refundable services (e.g. gift wrapping).

Promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.
If a free shipping voucher was applied and your return reduces the total order amount below the threshold, the free shipping benefit will be cancelled, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you used our gift wrapping service and return the entire order, the cost of this service will not be refunded, as packaging materials are not reusable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different color), please return the original item first at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send the requested replacement free of charge (within Germany).
