If you wish to return or exchange your purchased items, you must do so within 14 days from the date you received your order.
For registered customers:
If you are a registered customer, you will find the return request after logging in in the "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" area in your customer account.
Select your order and click on "DETAILS" on the right.
Now you can select the items and the number of items that you want to return or exchange. Then copy the text of the cancellation form and paste it into the field below. Fill in the fields marked with (*) with your details.
Then click on the “REQUEST RETURN” button.
In order to speed up the return process, please send the goods back to us as soon as possible. It will be processed within 7 working days .
For non-registered customers:
If you have placed an order as a guest, please fill out the cancellation form in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section in our online shop and send it to us by email.
Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
After declaring the withdrawal, you should return the goods to us within 14 days. The deadline is deemed met if the goods are sent before the 14-day period has expired.

I confirm that the item was only tried on and not worn, is free from any odors or stains, does not have pinholes, and is returned in its original packaging including the tag.
I agree to a compensation for any used or damaged items which, after inspection of their condition, properties, and functionality, show signs of diminished value.
I understand and agree that any items excluded from the right of withdrawal – such as those that have been washed, show strong odors, stains, or damage, or are returned without original packaging and hangtag/label – will be sent back to me at my own cost.
