Shipping information

Dear Customer,

We ship paid orders from Monday to Friday. Within Germany, orders are delivered via HERMES. If you are not at home during the day, you may choose delivery to a nearby Hermes ParcelShop when placing your order, so you can collect your parcel at your convenience.

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed the same day and usually shipped on the next working day. Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days.

Please note:

  • Completed orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

  • After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please check your email (including spam folder) regularly.

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, or you have not received a shipping confirmation, please inform us promptly.

  • No investigation can be initiated for parcels that have been shipped more than 14 days ago and have not been reported as missing.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please do not accept parcels that appear torn or severely damaged. If such a parcel is delivered to you, notify us immediately and take photos as evidence if possible.

Upon receipt, please check your order for completeness and any visible defects:

  • If any items are missing or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • If you return items as defective without prior notification, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance.

  • Failure to report missing or defective items within the deadline may result in loss of your right to replacement, refund, or return.


International Shipping

EU Countries: Orders are shipped via DHL, DPD, or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Non-EU Countries (e.g. USA, Asia, Africa): Orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note: For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
