Shipping information

Dear Customers!

We send paid orders every day from Monday to Friday. In Germany, delivery is made by HERMES, DPD or Deutsche Post. If you work during the day, you can select the nearest parcel shop as the delivery address and conveniently pick up your parcel at a time that suits you. To do this, select delivery via HERMES and specify the nearest parcel shop.

If you have placed an order and paid it will be processed the same day and shipped next working day. The delivery time in Germany is usually 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.

An order that has already been completed cannot be canceled or changed. If you find an error in your delivery address after ordering and confirmation by email, please let us know immediately.

Please check your e-mail inbox regularly. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the respective shipping service provider. You will be given a delivery date for your order. If your order is still not delivered more than 7 working days after placing your order, or you have not received an email from the shipping service provider, you must inform us immediately. Please note that an investigation order can no longer be created for shipments that were sent more than 14 days ago and have not arrived.

Please do not accept torn or badly damaged packages! Please let us know immediately if a damaged package has been delivered to you, or if an attempt has been made to deliver a defective package to you.

Upon receipt, please check your order for completeness. If you find that items are missing from your order, you must notify us immediately, but no later than within 3 days of delivery. If you find that one or more items from your order are defective, you must inform us immediately, but at the latest within 3 days of delivery. If you send back one or more defective items as part of a return, the defect of which you have not previously reported to us in compliance with the deadline, we can refuse to accept such items. Please note that if you do not meet the deadline or if you do not report any damage, missing or defective items, your right to a subsequent delivery, exchange or return expires.

Delivery to EU- countries is carried out via DHL, DPD or UPS courier service. After your order has been sent, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and shipment tracking. The delivery time depends on the country of your residence and is usually 5-10 working days. If you have not received your order during this time, please do not worry, there may also be a delay in the courier. 

During the holidays there are sporadic delivery delays at the shipping companies.

Delivery to countries outside the EU, as well as countries America, Asia and Africa is done via DHL or UPS and can take 7 to 14 working days. The shipping costs depend on your address and are automatically calculated at the checkout when ordering.

Please note that additional customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
